11th Annual Evangeline Delta Waterfowl Banquet to be held September 10

Bryan Leach, regional director with Delta Waterfowl, right, was the guest speaker for the August 26, meeting of the Ville Platte Rotary Club. He gave Rotarians a brief history of the organization, which was established in 1911. He announced that the Evangeline Parish Delta Waterfowl chapter will host its 11th annual banquet Wednesday, September 10, at the Northside Civic Center beginning at 6 p.m. Leach is shown with Rotarian Dan Poret, left, and Rotary President David Mayeux.
