Chateau des Amis holds successful resident cake sale

On Friday, May 6, residents of Chateau des Amis held a cake sale featuring homemade cakes, brownies and cookies. The sale was a huge success, as seen by the nearly empty table in the first photo almost an hour into the sale. In the second photo, Hillery Hill, center, bought the last three cakes, one for himself and the other two for Camille Fontenot, left, and Sonia Ardoin, right, with the Ville Platte Chamber of Commerce.
