Farm Bureau Queen’s Contest set for March 9

Evangeline Parish Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for its annual Queen’s Contest. Any single female between the ages of 16 and 19 by June 1, a resident of Evangeline Parish and a daughter of a Farm Bureau family or sponsored by a Farm Bureau member may enter. The contest will be held Sunday, March 9, at the Ville Platte Civic Center following the annual meeting program. Applications are available at the parish schools and Farm Bureau office.
