Ja'Kylin Jeantez Jabbar Manley, the son of Joekoby Manley and Kyra Simon of Ville Platte, celebrated his eighth birthday with a party at home with his family on Friday, January 3, 2014. Grandparents are Nathaniel and Regina Thomas of Ville Platte and Joe Manley of Twin City, Georgia. Great-grandparent is Mildred Manley of Twin City, Georgia.
