Ville Platte Helping Hands plan first event for November 22
Ville Platte Helping Hands, a non-profit, Christian based organization, is comprised of citizens of Ville Platte and the surrounding areas of varying backgrounds who volunteer their time and resources to restore love, togetherness and good moral values to the city and surrounding areas. The group’s first event will be a gospel explosion on Saturday, November 22, at the Northside Civic Center. Tickets are $10 each and children ages five and under are admitted free. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the event begins at 6 p.m. The event will feature LA Will, Word Ministry praise dancers, gospel rappers, drill team, community choir, skits, miming and much more.
