December 2 - Jeremy Wilson Semien and Ashley Shalane Wilson; and Cody Lee Milliman and Alanna Rae Ortego.
December 4 - Aaron Scott Dupuis and Brittany Rena Ducote.
December 14 - Kevin Keith Argetsinger and Shelia Marie Charlie.
December 18 - Lee Roy Jack Jr. and Joycie Mae Toussaint.
December 21 - Roydel Andrew St. George Blake and Alonna Latrice Richard.
December 22 - John Earl Francois and Sherlene Sue Guillory.
