EPSO Arrest Reports
The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 21 recent booking into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Patrick W. Dupre, 46, 209 Railroad Ave., Mamou, was arrested on November 9, 2015 for monetary instrument abuse. Dupre was released from jail on a $15,000.00 bond.
•Toby K. Shillow, 23, 305 Eighth St., Mamou, was arrested on November 9, 2015 for possession of schedule I CDS (one count). Shillow was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•James A. Garlow Sr., 40, 114 Demourelle Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 10, 2015 for simple assault and domestic abuse battery. Garlow was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
•Mariah J. Stiner, 28, 208 Allen St., Lafayette, was arrested on November 12, 2015 for theft and unauthorized entry of a place business. Stiner was released from jail on a $75,000.00 bond.
•Kevin P. Landreau, 37, 1025 Jake Lane, Mamou, was arrested on November 13, 2015 for possession of schedule IV CDS (two counts). Landreau was released from jail on a $20,000.00 bond.
•Brian J. Henry, 36, 578 Belaire Cove Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 13, 2015 for obstruction of justice. Henry was released from jail on a $20,000.00 bond.
•Justin R. Chaffin, 33, 6445 St. Landry Hwy., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 13, 2015 for reckless operation, open container, and driving under suspension. Chaffin was released from jail on a $12,000.00 bond.
•Sean M. Babineaux, 27, 120 Benjamin St., Eunice, was arrested on November 17, 2015 for simple burglary of an uninhabited dwelling and theft of a firearm. Babineaux’s bond was set at $35,000.00.
•Jeremy B. Willis, 24, 560 Oberlin Rd., Mamou, was arrested on November 18, 2015 for possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS. Willis’ bond was set at $35,000.00.
•Chavas O. Williams, 22, 514 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 19, 2015 for theft and simple burglary. Williams’ bond was set a $50,000.00.
•Brian A. Lejeune, 25, 700 Main St., Mamou, was arrested on November 20, 2015 for prohibited acts. Lejeune was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
•Donna S. Matt, 46, 109 Seventh St., Mamou, was arrested on November 20, 2015 for distribution of schedule IV CDS. Matt was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Cynthia K. Causey, 49, 704 Ninth St., Mamou, was arrested on November 20, 2015 for theft by fraud. Causey was released from jail on a $10,000.00 bond.
•Bradley C. Mynarzy, 26, 1493 Traffic Lane, Pine Prairie, was arrested on November 21, 2015 for resisting an officer, reckless operation of a vehicle, possession of CDS, prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule III CDS, flight from an officer, aggravated flight from an officer, and no proof of insurance. Mynarzy’s bond was set at $46,500.00.
•Carl J. Sylvester, 36, 1112 East St., Mamou, was arrested on November 21, 2015 for theft. Sylvester’s bond was set at $35,000.00.
•Keith R. Thomas, 24, 604 Second St., Mamou, was arrested on November 23, 2015 for distribution of manufactured/possession with intent of schedule II CDS, possession of schedule II, and no proof of insurance/switched plates. Thomas was released from jail on a $45,000.00 bond.
•Casey J. Fontenot, 17, 3790 Hwy. 167 North, Ville Platte, was arrested on November 24, 2015 for criminal trespassing and simple burglary. Fontenot was released from jail on a $2,000.00 bond.
•Anthony K. Smith, 51, 408 Sandy St., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 25, 2015 for domestic abuse battery. Smith was released from jail on a $15,000.00 bond.
•Joshua C. Veillon, 38, 1329 Holly St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on November 29, 2015 for criminal trespassing and simple burglary. Veillon was released from jail on a $7,000.00 bond.
•Ronnie V. Adams, 53, 5030 Maddox Rd., Beaumont TX., was arrested on December 1, 2015 for simple kidnapping. Adams was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Laci T. McBride, 33, 1528 Oak St., Pine Prairie, was arrested on December 1, 2015 for disturbing the peace and stalking. McBride was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
