EPSO Arrest Reports

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s office reported 8 recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Clyde D. Miller, 46, 913 Ash St., Mamou, was arrested on November 5, 2015 for simple burglary and theft of a motor vehicle. Miller’s bond was set at $45,000.00.
•Brandon Freeman, 27, 1103 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 19, 2015 for criminal mischief. Freeman was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•James A. Johnson, 34, 2519 Schambers St., Basile, was arrested on November 20, 2015 for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II (two counts), and violation of controlled dangerous substance (CDS). Johnson was released from jail on a $33,000.00 bond.
•Brian A. Lejeune, 25, 700 Main St., Mamou, was arrested on November 20, 2015 for prohibited acts. Lejeune was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
•Keelian D. Lewis, 27, 2407 12th St., Alexandria, was arrested on November 22, 2015 for speeding, driving under suspension/revocation, and no liability insurance/expired motor vehicle insurance. Lewis was released from jail on a $7,500.00 bond.
•Keith H. Vicent, 36, 412 Mowata Hwy., Mamou, was arrested on November 23, 2015 for determination of drug paraphernalia and distribution/manufacture or possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS.
•Angela Thibodeaux, 46, 1710 W. Pine St., Eunice, was arrested on November 27, 2015 for speeding (75 in a 55) and driving under suspension. Thibodeaux was released from jail on a $1, 200.00 bond.
•Justine R. Melancon, 33, 1353 Belair Cove Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on November 28, 2015 for cyber stalking and theft under $750.00.
