EPSO Arrest Reports

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 21 recent bookings into the town jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Rodrietus C. Williams, 42, 310 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 11, 2016 for criminal trespassing and distribution/manufacture or possession with intent of a schedule II CDS (crack cocaine). Williams’ was released form jail on a $27,500.00 bond.
•Jude A. Fontenot, 18, 2257 Oberlin Rd., Mamou, was arrested on June 12, 2016 for reckless operation and no N.V.I. Fontenot was released from jail on a $1,500.00.
•Darrius L. Mitchell, 26, 301 Morien St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 12, 2016 for armed robbery or attempted with use of a firearm and resisting an officer (two counts). Mitchell’s bond was set at $252,500.00.
•Michael J. Hargrove, 53, 2724 Old Hwy. 13, Mamou, was arrested on June 12, 2016 for theft of a firearm.
•Daniel R. Adams, 31, 220 Johnson Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 12, 2016 for aggravated assault, domestic abuse with a vehicle and aggravated criminal damage to property.
•Joshua C. Lafleur, 19, 1226 Acadian Drive, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 13, 2016 for DWI, careless operation, and possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle. Lafleur was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Genise A. Dupre, 44, 210 Jaco Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested June 13, 2016 for careless operation with accident, hit and run, and criminal operation of a vehicle. Dupre’s bond was set at $7,000.00.
•Brent T. Mire, 42, 1048 Samuel Drive, Eunice, was arrested on June 13, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Mire’s bond was set at $5,000.00.
•Garrett J. Gilder, 28, 108 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 13, 2016 for obstruction of justice. Gilder was released from jail on a $20,000.00 bond.
•Genise A. Dupre, 44, 210 Jaco Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 13, 2016 for careless operation with accident, hit and run, no seat belt, and criminal operation of vehicle without insurance with accident. Dupre was released from jail on a $7,000.00 bond.
•Anthony R. Lebleu, 56, 5118 Lanse Bleu Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 14, 2016 for aggravated assault with a firearm and simple assault. Lebleu was released from jail on a $50,000.00 bond.
•Dion D. Lenoire, 33, 141 Bee St., Eunice, was arrested on June 14, 2016 for monetary instrument abuse. Lenoire was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Jeffery C. Rollins, 54, 1647 Mayo Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 15, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Rollins was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Amanda M. Gilder, 29, 108 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 15, 2016 for obstruction of justice. Gilder was released from jail on a $20,000.00 bond.
•Larryl M. Fisher, 31, 7200 TC Jester Boulevard, Houston, TX., was arrested on June 15, 2016 for armed robbery. Fisher’s bond has been set at $750,000.00.
•Napoleon J. Freeman, 37, 111 E. Oak St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 15, 2016 for obstruction of justice. Freeman’s bond was set at $20,000.00.
•Rogers Thomas Jr., 30, 320 MLK Dr., Chataignier, was arrested by State Police on June 16, 2016 for driving while intoxicated (first), careless operation, and no driver’s license on person. Thomas was released from jail on a $3,100.00 bond.
•Desiree R. Beaubouef, 32, 137 Lediana Rd., Washington, was arrested on June 16, 2016 for issuing worthless checks (five counts). Beaubouef was released from jail on a $1,400.00 bond.
•Carl Larnett, 33, 723 S. Dupre St. Apt. 84, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 16, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Larnett’s was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Brown E. Spurgeon, 39, 607 Travis St., Oakdale, was arrested by State Police for driving under the influence (first offense), ignored stop sign, improper lane usage, and suspended driver’s license. Spurgeon was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Trent A. Smith, 18, 80 B Stock Landing Rd., Deville, was arrested by State Police on June 18, 2016 for speeding (102 in a 55) and wreckless driving. Smith was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
