Mamou Arrest Reports
The Mamou Police Department reported 12 recent booking into the town’s jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Melanie P. Martel, 100 Tamaran Loop, Eunice, was arrested on November 9, 2015 for unauthorized use of a movable. Martel has been transferred to the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Rhonda Lafleur, 1813 Boo Zoo Lane, Mamou, was arrested on November 10, 2015 for theft/shoplifting. Lafleur was released with a citation to appear before the Judge in city court.
•Georgianna Richardson, homeless, was arrested on November 10, 2015 for theft/shoplifting. After appearing in Mamou’s city court, Richardson was sentenced to 90 days in the town jail.
•Lisa Garrett, 901 Hickory St., Mamou, was arrested on November 10, 2015 for theft/shoplifting. After appearing in Mamou’s city court, Garrett was sentenced to 90 days in the town jail.
•Charity Fontenot, 716 Third St., Mamou, was arrested on November 12, 2015 for theft. Fontenot was released from the jail.
•Kevin P. Landreneau, 1025 Jake Lane, Mamou, was arrested on November 12, 2015 for violation of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) laws and possession of schedule IV narcotics. Landreneau was transferred to EPSO.
•Glenford Bias, 1312 First St., Mamou, was arrested on November 16, 2015 for domestic abuse battery. Bias was transferred to EPSO that same day.
•Jonathan Robert, 221 Railroad St., Mamou, was arrested on November 16, 2015 for possession of cocaine, simple possession of marijuana, and possession of a schedule II (hydrocodone). Robert was transferred to EPSO the following day.
•Tyler Murphy, 530 Pearl St., Eunice, was arrested on November 17, 2015 for unauthorized use of a movable and criminal damage to property. Murphy was transferred to EPSO that same day.
•Jeremy B. Willis, 560 Oberlin Rd., Mamou, was arrested on November 18, 2015 for possession of crystal meth, possession of a gun (CDS). Willis was transferred to EPSO that same day.
•David Bellon, 126 Point St., Mamou, was arrested on November `18, 2015 for disturbing the peace. Bellon was released on bond the following day.
•Donna Matt, 109 Seventh St., Mamou, was arrested on November 20, 2015 for distribution of a schedule IV CDS. Matt has been transferred to EPSO.
