VPPD Arrest Reports

The Ville Platte Police Department reported five recent bookings into the city jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Tyler Mayeaux, 28, 7315 Hwy 14, Mansura, was arrested on February 13, 2016 for simple criminal damage to proptery. Mayeaux was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Nollan Freeman, 36, 602 N. LaTour St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 13, 2016 for criminal mischief. Freeman was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
•Tyler Louis, 40, 806 N. LaTour St. Apt. 62, Ville Platte, was arrested on February 18, 2016 for domestic abuse batter. Louis remains incarcerated on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Tracie Bernard, 45, no address given, was charged February 21, 2016 with theft of goods. Bernard remains incarcerated on a $500.00 bond.
•Jordan Fontenot, 21, 107 E. Oak St., Ville Platte, was charged February 20, 2016 with simple battery. Fontenot was released on a $1,000.00 bond.
