VPPD in search of subject for violation of protective order

Chief Neal Lartigue of the Ville Platte Police Department issued the following press release requesting information on a suspect at large.
“The Ville Platte Police Department is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of a suspect last known to be in the Ville Platte area,” according to the press release. “Regilinsky Joseph is a 20-year-old black male that is currently wanted for criminal trespassing and violation of a protection order. The warrant stems from a reported incident on May 20, 2017, when the suspect was trespassing at a residence on West Cotton Street and has since continued to harass the residents of the home and continues to violate the protective order issued against him.”
The press release continued, “If you have any information on the whereabouts of Regilinsky Joseph, you are asked to contact the Ville Platte Police Department at 363-1313, your call will remain anonymous.”
