Michael D. Ceasar, Sr.

CROWLEY – Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Our Mother of Mercy Church in Church Point for Michael D. Ceasar, Sr., 41, who died Sunday, July 20, 2008 at his home in Church Point.

Officiating the services will be Fr. Butler.

Burial will take place at Our Mother of Mercy Church Cemetery in Church Point.

Visitation will take place at Our Mother of Mercy Church on Saturday from 8 a.m. until time of services.

He is survived by his wife, Letitte Green-Ceasar of Church Point; his mother, Samella Ceasar of Crowley; three daughters, Jacqueline Ceasar, Josalyn Ceasar and Jakyra Ceasar, all of Church Point; one son, Michael D. Ceasar, Jr. of Church Point; five brothers, Alvin Ceasar, Jr. of Houston, Kenneth Ceasar of Welsh, Sgt. Darrell Ceasar of Fort Polk and Jason Ceasar of Crowley; two sisters, Marilyn Ceasar and Catherine Ceasar, both of Crowley; and three grandchildren, Ja’Niyah Leday, La’Niyah Leday and De’Ivyana Chevis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Ceasar, Sr.; three sisters, Jacqueline Ceasar, Alvinetta Freddie and Zelda Bernard; one nephew, Marcus Ceasar; and one aunt, Lee Esther Harris.

Michael was residing in Marietta, Georgia.
