Morse High graduates celebrate 55th class reunion

Graduates of Morse High School recently gathered at the home of Lee Perry and Effie Roy to celebrated their 55 year class reunion. Classmates attending were, seated, from left, Lee Perry Roy, Ledie Faulk Fontenot and Loicy Bertrand; standing, were, Joseph Edes Boudreaux, Rene Hanks, Jr., Johnny Humble, LeRoy Chiasson and Willie Mack Istre. The next reunion is scheduled for the weekend following Easter in 2010. All graduates of Morse High School are invited to attend, including classmates that graduated from Morse High School from the very beginning of the schools history until 1956 when the school was consolidated with Midland High School in 1957.
