Funeral services were held for Stephanie Lee Stromer, 54, of Ville Platte, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m,, Wednesday, February 19. Burial followed in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery.
Ms. Stromer died Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte.
Survivors include her parents, Harold (Bozo) and JoEl Stromer of Ville Platte; one son, Jeffery Michael Bourque of Starkville, Mississippi; one daughter, Sarah Ashley Bourque of Carencro; one brother, Joel Christopher Stromer and his wife, Phyllis, of Ville Platte; one sister, Ann Carolyn Gauthier and her husband, Michael, of Metairie; and one granddaughter, Layla JoEl Robin.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert “Bobby” Edward Stromer.
Father Jason Vidrine officiated.
