Delcambre “James” Courville

MAMOU - Funeral services will be held for Delcambre “James” Courville, 51, of Mamou, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou at 2 p.m., Friday, August 8. Burial will follow in the First Baptist/Bieber Cemetery.
A loving son, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Mr. Courville died Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at his residence.
Survivors include his father, Kenneth Courville of Vidrine; two children, Kenny Courville of Mamou and Brittany Reed and her husband, Joseph, of Ponchatoula; one brother, Randy Courville of Reddell; three sisters, Samantha Trattles and Kim Landreneau and her husband, Mike, both of Vidrine, and Maxie Deville and her husband, Keith, of Pine Prairie; and two grandchildren, Payton Lee Reed and Lathen James Reed. They were the absolute light of his life.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Thibodeaux Courville.
Father Mark Melancon will officiate.
