Doris Laverne Reinhardt

MT. PLEASANT, Texas - Graveside funeral services were held for Doris Laverne Reinhardt, 81, of Burnet, Texas, at the Hickory Hill Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, at 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 27.
A native of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Ms. Reinhardt died Friday, August 22, 2014. She lived with her husband, Charlie, in Ville Platte for 30 years before moving to Burnet, Texas, three years ago. She enjoyed camping and fishing with him and loved her cats dearly. Most of all, she enjoyed her friends and family.
Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis Johanson and her husband, Blake, of Burnet, Texas, and Charlotte Ayres and her husband, Dan, of Houston, Texas; two sons, Rick Vickers and his wife, Beverly, of Paris, Texas, and Charles Reinhardt and his wife, Mary, of Spring, Texas; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Reinhardt; her parents, Claude and Alta Jones; two brothers, Claude L. Jones and A.C. (Bud) Jones; one sister, Jessie Mae Price; and one daughter, Vicki Lynn Pritchett.
The family would like to thank the staff at Windchimes Assisted Living and her personal caregivers, especially Linda Kay Roberson, Dina Ward, Penny Brown and Trina Murilla.
