Heritage Manor News: Happy New Year!

It’s January 2015! It is time again to look to the future, set new goals and look for new directions. Long range planning is important to keep pace with the rapidly evolving senior care industry. Ideas are abundant, but time is in short supply. The new year will bring new ideas and create opportunity for new challenges. Our New Year’s Eve party will be our kickoff for a year filled with lots of creative time together. The celebrations of New Year’s Day usually holds traditions, such as getting together with family and friends, kissing at midnight and watching fireworks displays. The famous New York Times Square ball drop in New York City is an event that many people attend or watch on television. The midnight kiss and song “Auld Lang Syne” is by far the most popular of all. Happy New Year to you and yours from all of us at Heritage Manor.
The staff of Heritage Manor wishes a Happy Birthday this week to Donald Bourque and Agnes Arvie.

In January we welcome back Marie Thomas from Victory Ministries. We look forward to having her for service every first Tuesday of the month, as in the past.
Most of the residents, if not all, received new clothing for Christmas. We ask that family please check to make sure their name is written on all articles to assure their return to the proper resident from the laundry department. Also, please label their personal items and toiletries by their bedside. Thank you for assisting us in this matter.
