PORT BARRE - Funeral services will be held for Brynn Leigh Reviere, 2, of Port Barre, at St. Landry Catholic Church in Opelousas at 1 p.m., Saturday, August 1. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Port Barre.
A resident of Port Barre, Reviere died Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Survivors include her parents, Scott and Shanon Reviere of Port Barre; her paternal grandparents, Lisa Chapman and her husband, Wayne, of Lafayette and Marcus Reviere and his wife, Eva, of Chataigner; her maternal grandparents, Brian and Mona Stanford of Port Barre; four uncles, Jacob Soileau and his wife, Jade, of Point Blue, Jace Scott and Noah Chapman, both of Lafayette, and Seth Scott of California; two aunts, Rhonda Deshotels and her husband, Karl, of Grand Prairie and Brandi Reed (also her nanny) and her husband, Mike, of Port Barre; her parain, Bryan Delahoussaye; and many cousins and family members.
Pall bearers were Jace Scott, Seth Scott, Kevin Diaville, Mike Reed, Bryan Delahoussaye and Jacob Soileau.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital for all of the love and care she received while there. Also, to Dr. Gruber in her efforts to find a cure, Dani Herron, her favorite nurse, the entire BMT floor, “A” Clinic staff, the entire staff at WCH, Dr. Morad and his nurses.
