LSU AgCenter releases ordering info on pecan trees, strawberries

The LSU Ag Center has released information about ordering trees and plants.
The deadline to order a pecan tree is Wednesday, September 30. The center will have Elliot variety trees which are approximately six to eight feet tall and will be selling for $35 each. Those interested will need to come into the office and pay for the tree or trees at the time of order.
The deadline to order strawberry plants is Monday, August 31. The center will have Chandler plants and they will be sold in lots of 25  and are 50 cents each.
No phone orders will be accepted for either pecan trees or strawberry plants. The center must have payment in hand at time of order and please have exact change.
