VPPD Arrest Reports

The Ville Platte Police Department reported 6 recent booking into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Phyllis Serie, 35, 508 S.E. Railroad St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 25, 2015 for disturbing the peace by fighting. Serie was released from jail on a $200.00 bond.
•Tyler Metcalf, 21, 183 Antoine St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 23, 2015 for theft of goods. Metcalf was released from jail on a $500.00 bond.
•Lazaurs Eaglin, 33, 1049 Perry Lane, Opelousas, was arrested on December 27, 2015 for theft of goods. Eaglin was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Tina Tyler, 32, 1311 Leo St., Opelousas, was arrested on December 27, 2015 for theft of goods. Tyler was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Carol Mancil, 61, 1735 Pointe Verte Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 18, 2015 for no child restraint, possession of marijuana, no seatbelt and open container. Mancil was released from jail on a $6,600.00 bond.
•Hazel Oneal, 27, 116 W. Cotton St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 17, 2015 for remaining after forbidden. Oneal was released from jail on a $500.00 bond.
