SHS Foundation receives donation from New York Life

The Sacred Heart School Foundation recently announced that it has been awarded a New York Life Foundation’s Volunteers for Good – Individual Grant in the amount of $1,000.00 to recognize the volunteer service of Mark Buller.
Mark Buller has been a volunteer with Sacred Heart School Foundation for 20 years. This grant program encourages and supports the volunteer involvement of New York Life employees, agents and retirees with community-based nonprofit organizations.
“Mark Buller has been instrumental in assisting our organization,” said Sacred Heart School Foundation’s Kimberly Lejeune. “We are very grateful to the New York Life Foundation for this grant to support our work in the community.”
“I am proud to be actively involved with Sacred Heart School Foundation,” Mark Buller, a volunteer from New York Life’s Louisiana General Office, said. “This organization is making a difference and I’m pleased that the company supports my volunteer service.”
New York Life develops and promotes volunteer opportunities for their grants, employees and retirees though Volunteers for Good so they may contribute their time and expertise to help meet community needs.
