Local resident has all four tires, rims stolen off his pickup truck

As Ville Platte resident Aubrey Mire prepared for his morning run last Sunday, he soon realized that his usual routine was playing out a little differently than it had in the past.
Upon walking out of his house, located at 314 Jean Vidrine Drive, Mire noticed that his white Chevorlet was standing a little bit taller than it normally did.
Mire said that at this point he “walked to the driver’s side and saw that the rim and tire were gone.”
After circling the truck to check for the other tires, Mire discovered that not only one tire and rim had been stolen. All four of Mire’s tires were gone, and his truck had been left jacked up on concrete blocks.
