VPPD Arrest Reports

The Ville Platte Police Department reported four recent bookings into the city jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Brian Lavine, 46, 616 S. Soileau St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 24, 2016 for theft of goods. Lavine remains incarcerated on a $500.00 bond.
•Shenna Leday, 30, 806 N. Latour St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 25, 2016 for theft and possession of stolen goods. Leday remains incarcerated on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Lindale Channy, 32, 221 E. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 27, 2016 for possesson of a schedule I and no reflective gear. Channy remains incarcerated on a $2,700.00 bond.
•Danny Fontenot, 46, 3803 Opelousas Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on February 26, 2016 for driving under suspension. Fontenot was released form jail on a $500.00 bond.
