Pearl Devillier Johnson

Funeral services were held for Pearl Devillier Johnson, 79, of Ville Platte, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 8. Burial followed in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Johnson died Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Ville Platte.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Lee Ray Johnson of Ville Platte; three sons, Kenneth Johnson and his wife, Paula, of Ville Platte, Tony Johnson and his wife, Jo, of Chataignier and Billy Johnson and his wife, Emeline, of Mamou; one daughter, Donna Guillory and her husband, Wayne, of Cleveland, Tennessee; one brother, Erin Devillier and his wife, Joy, of Sulphur; one sister, Blondie Fontenot of Sulphur; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emery and Constance Perroti Devillier; and two sisters, Irene Dupre and Glorie Tubre.
Father Matthew Barzare officiated.
