James Stephens Montessori celebrates Dr. Seuss Week

To help celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday, the staff and students of James Stephens Montessori enjoyed a week-long celebration February 29-March 4, with various themes each day, including silly hat day on Monday, silly sock day on Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday and pajama day on Thursday. On Wednesday, students also enjoyed a visit from the Cat in the Hat, who visited the classrooms and handed out treats to the students. (Gazette photos by Heather Bogard)
