Robert C. Ardoin Sr.

Funeral services were held for Robert C. Ardoin Sr., 69, of Reddell, at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 10. Burial followed in the Beaver Creek Cemetery.
A loving son, father, brother and friend, Mr. Ardoin died Friday, May 6, 2016. he was a 24-year veteran of the Vidrine Volunteer Fire Department and was an avid hunter.
Survivors include two children, Andrea M. Ardoin and Robert C. Ardoin Jr., both of Reddell; his mother, Barbara Mosher Ardoin of Trinidad, Texas; two brothers, Joel Allan Ardoin of Eunice and Thomas Ardoin of Trinidad, Texas; seven sisters, Bobbie Jo Ardoin of Pine Prairie, Beatrice Askew of Tools, Texas, Pamela McClintok of Weatherford, Texas, Debra Buchanan of Richards, Texas, Susie Colvin of Kearns, Texas, Terry Hawkins of Binhamington, New York, and Lisa Anding of Malakoff, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Annetta F. Ardoin; his father, Joel V. Ardoin; and one sister, Mary Louise Ardoin.
Deacon Chuck Ortego officiated.
