Allie Ann Guillory Reed

MAMOU - Funeral services will be held for Allie Ann Guillory Reed, 76, of New Iberia, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou at 1 p.m., Thursday, June 2.
Mrs. Reed died Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at the New Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia following a protracted illness. She was born December 13, 1939, in Mamou and graduated from Istrouma High School in Baton Rouge in 1957. She was very close to all of her children and grandchildren and enjoyed cooking for them all at their many family get-togethers. She and Mac enjoyed traveling overseas during his retirement and brought back many pictures and stories from all of the places they visited. She will be greatly missed by her family and her many dear friends that she leaves behind.
Survivors include her loving husband, McNallan J. “Mac” Reed of New Iberia; two sons, Stephen Reed of Belle Chasse and Mark Reed of Houston, Texas; one daughter, Victoria Reed Murry of Alexandria; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
