VPPD Arrest Reports

The Ville Platte Police Department reported five recent bookings into the town jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Alice Arvie, 43, 511 W. Long St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 9, 2016 for theft of goods. Arvie was released from jail on a $500.00 bond.
•Roderick Rodriguez, 27, 2496 4th St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 10, 2016 for possession of a schedule I. Rodriguez was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
• Jeremy Semien, 35, 119 E. Pine St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 12, 2016 for telephone harassment. Semien was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
• Michael Dupuis Jr., 37, 305 Colt Ave., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 13, 2016 for theft of goods. Dupuis’ bond was set at $500.00.
• Carlos Sanders, 28, 2416 Cherry St., Apt. B, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 15, 2016 for remaining after forbidden. Sanders’ bond was set at $1,000.00.
