EPSO Arrest Reports

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 16 recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Corey Hebert, 39, 1869 Chicot Park Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 18, 2016 for possession of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of a schedule II CDS, drug paraphernalia, monetary instrumental abuse, driving under suspension, improper lane usage, and unsafe vehicle. Hebert was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Patrick S. Guillory, 31, 1008 W. Wilson St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 18, 2016 for attempted second degree murder, carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana. Guillory’s bond was set at $126,000.00.
•Quentin S. Douget, 33, 3262 Lanse Meg Rd., Mamou, was arrested on June 19, 2016 for speeding (48 in a 35) and flight from an officer. Douget was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
•Brandon S. Laborde, 32, 539 W. Andrus Dr., Crowley, was arrested on June 20, 2016 for cyberstalking (two counts), cyberstalking (five counts), and cyberstalking (one count). Laborde’s bond was set at $80,000.00.
•Stephanie M. Finch, 39, 2407 Second St., Basile, was arrested on June 20, 2016 for domestic abuse battery. Finch’s bond was set at $7,500.00.
•Brooks M. Lafleur, 35, 122 Whilind Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 20, 2016 for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Lafleur’s bond was set at $25,000.00.
•John F. Broussard, 52, 106 Fred St., Mamou, was arrested on June 20, 2016 for remaining after being forbidden. Broussard’s bond was set at $1,500.00.
•Goldman Ashford III, 46, 285 Unatex Rd., Eunice, was arrested on June 21, 2016 for criminal damage to property. Ashford was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Victoria L. Shaw, 39, 1216 Lake Cove Rd., Turkey Creek, was arrested on June 22, 2016 for manufacturing/distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass. Shaw was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
•Stephanie L. Sparks, 39, 1216 Lake Cove Rd., Turkey Creek, was arrested on June 22, 2016 for possession of a schedule II CDS (meth) and criminal trespass. Sparks was released form jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Brian S. Boutte, 35, 1113 Chestnut St., Mamou, was arrested on June 23, 2016 for aggravated assault with a firearm. Bouttee was released from jail on a $35,000.00 bond.
•Cynthia L. Broussard, 38, 1086 Regile Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 23, 2016 for issuing worthless checks. Broussard was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
•Clint T. Chaddrick, 43, 1056 Melissa Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 23, 2016 for armed robbery, disturbing the peace in a violent manner, and driving under suspension. Chaddrick’s bond was set at $754,000.00.
•Darrell W. Smith, 38, 615 Sunny Dale Dr., Lake Charles, was arrested on June 24, 2016 for monetary instrument abuse. Smith was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Christopher D. Mouyes, 40, 219 South Avenue North, Crowley, was arrested on June 24, 2016 for terrorizing (two counts), resisting an officer, disturbing the peace, and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Mouyes’ bond was set at $50,000.00.
•Joseph P. Launey, 39, 4161 Vidrine Rd., Ville Platte was arrested on June 25, 2016 for no seatbelt, suspended driver’s license, simple possession of a schedule I CDS (marijuana), resisting arrest by force, determination of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage to property, and unauthorized use of a movable. Launey was released from jail on a $32,500.00 bond.
