GRAND PRAIRIE - Funeral services for Peggy Ann Soileau, 67, were held Wednesday September 28, 2016 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Grand Prairie. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Fr. Tom Voorhies officiated.
Soileau, a resident of Grand Prairie, passed away Sunday September 25, 2016 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Opelousas.
She is survived by her brothers, Leander Soileau and Terrel Soileau, both of Grand Prairie, Randy Soileau and wife Debbie of Maringuoin, Keven Soileau and wife, Patty, Shawn Soileau and wife June, all of Grand Prairie; sisters Donna Meche and husband David of Leonville, Shelly Manuel of Lafayette; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Rhines and Willie Mae Fontenot Soileau, sister Jane Swain, and nephew Scott Anthony Meche.
LaVille Funeral Home in Ville Platte was in charge of arrangements.
