Couple announces engagement
Caroline Elizabeth Renfro of Lafayette and Kyle Garland Flettrich of Baton Rouge will be married during an evening ceremony at St. Michael Catholic Church in Crowley on May 10 at 7 pm. Father Gary Schexnayder will officiate the ceremony.
Caroline is the daughter of Mrs. Helen Baker Renfro and the late Oliver Rodman Renfro of Crowley. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Leslie Baker of Shreveport, and the late Lois Ann Oliver Renfro of Bastrop, and the late Oswald Rodman Renfro of North Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a 1994 graduate of Notre Dame High School and Louisiana State University, with a Bachelor of Interior Design, and is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
Kyle is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Schaaf Flettrich, Jr, and the grandson of Mrs. Margaret Ingalls Walls of Covington, and the late Dr. Edward Garland Walls of New Orleans, and also the late Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Schaaf Flettrich Sr. of New Orleans. He is a graduate of St. Paul's High School in Covington, and Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He is a partner in the firm Construction Management Solutions.
The couple will reside in Baton Rouge after the wedding.
