Youths damage public property

Cecilia — The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office is continuing the search for suspects involved in a numerous cases involving public property damage. Four male juveniles and two adults, Ian Guidry, 18, and Joshua Taylor, 17, were arrested on a number of charges of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property, that were sustained at public parks and schools in the area. Taylor and Guidry were each also charged with 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

In one incidence, the culprits caused thousands of dollars of damage to the Cecilia High School football field, said SMSO officials.
