MARILYN J. SHEA MANUEL

Marilyn J. Shea Manuel, 61, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, in Lake Charles.

Marilyn was a retired nurse from Moosa Memorial Hospital after 30 plus year. She was currently employed as a RN for Lake Charles Memorial and also very articulate in sewing, crafting, monogramming and mosaic. She participated in arts & crafts.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jasper Manuel of Eunice; her mother, Mary G. Shea of North Chelmsford, Massachusetts; four beautiful daughters, Michele Manuel Hebert and husband, Shane of Lake Charles, Melanie Manuel of Youngsville, Maria Manuel of Lake Charles, Megan Manuel Fuselier and husband, Lannie of Lake Charles; her beloved dog, Bandit; two brothers, Leo S. Shea of Bowie Maryland, Kevin Shey of Seminole Florida; a sister, Maureen Boradowka of Lowell, MA; six grandchildren, Alexis, Tanner, Austin, Rhett, Bailey, and Bryce.

GARNETT (ADKINS) NYAHAY

Ms. Garnett (Adkins) Nyahay, age 58, of Basile, LA, died Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice. A private memorial service was held on Thursday, March 13, 2008. Quirk & Son Funeral Home, 121 S. 6th. St. of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.

IOTA – Cama Lee Hebert Leger died on Monday, March 10, 2008. Services are Thursday Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 1:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota with Father Mikel Polson, Celebrant. Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Iota is in charge of arrangements.
