Michael Fontenot is OCH’s new chief financial officer

Oakdale – Oakdale Community Hospital (OCH) announced the promotion of Michael Fontenot to chief financial officer. Fontenot will oversee all hospital financial operations and reporting.

Fontenot is a resident of Mamou and has been employed at OCH for over three years. He previously served as controller at OCH and Savoy Medical Center. He received his bachelor of science degree from University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Fontenot is a licensed certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Hospital Finance Management Association and the Mamou Volunteer Fire Department.

Fontenot lives in Mamou with his wife Emily and their three children, Andrew, Joshua and Jennifer.
