A memorial service will be on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at The Consolata Cemetery, 2300 Country Club Road, Lake Charles for Mrs. Marilyn Manuel, 61, with Father Keith Pellerin officiating.

WILLIAM “BILL’’ OWEN TOLAR

William “Bill” Owen Tolar, 77, of Eunice, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at Acadian Medical Center.

He is survived by Four Daughters: June (Tolar) Thompson of Opelousas, Jeannie (Tolar) Fontenot & husband Terry of Eunice, Janice (Tolar) Moussa & husband Mike of Youngsville, and Joani (Tolar) Bourque & husband Wallace “Bubba” of Eunice; Three Sons, Thomas Edward Tolar & wife Theresa of Lawtell, James Edmond Tolar & wife Monique of Scott, and William Eugene Tolar & wife Noel of Eunice; Sixteen grandchildren, Jason, Felicia, Jonathan, Callie, Tasha, Thomas III, Tori, Joshua, James Lee, Becky, Terrilynn, Lydia, Wendy, Jon Courtney, Adrianne, & Brandon; Eleven great-grandchildren, Zoe, Anna, Kaden, Christen, Nathan, Kieley, Sebastian, Jacob, Hunter, McKenley, & Daija; Four Step-great-grandchildren, Sarah, Shawn, Devon, & Brandon.

Mr. Tolar was preceded in death by: Parents, William M. Tolar & Zora Crawford; Brothers, Elgin, Donald, & Lloyd Tolar; Sister, Louise Tolar Cooper.

Visitation was from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2008.

Funeral service will be at Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2008. Burial to follow at St. Bridget Cemetery in Lawtell, LA.
