President Lee Perry Roy, AARP Acadia Chapter #4284; and his wife, Chapter Treasure Effie Roy, one of Crowley's most loving, active and humorous couples, have added another chapter to their lives. They are newly certified driver's refresher course instructors for persons age 50 and older. Even after Mr. Roy's occasional leg sprains, falls and other injuries, he knows how to "take a licking and keep on ticking" with Mrs. Effie at his side.
