EHS falls to Teurlings in tennis match

Teurlings Catholic High School came out on top last week as they netted a 8-4 victory over the Bobcats in last week’s tennis match.

Jarrod Prather and Brett Clavier scored the only boys’ double win for Eunice with a 9-8 victory.

In boys’ singles, Tyler Courville scored a 8-2 win.

There were no wins for Eunice in girls’ doubles, but Dela Jakob-Wood scored an 8-0 win for Eunice, and Miranda Frugé scored an 8-2 win for Eunice in girls’ singles.

This afternoon, seeding and scheduling for the Class 4A Region II playoffs will be determined.

The regionals will take place Monday and Tuesday at McMurray Park in Sulphur.
