Jason Borne, Sr.

HOUMA – Jason Mitchell Borne, Sr. passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2008.

He was the husband of Darlene Arsenaux Borne of Houma; the son of John Borne, Sr. and Wilda DeJean Borne of Houma; father of Jason M. Borne, Jr. and Grace Adele Borne of Houma; and brother of John Borne, Jr. and wife Jody, Michael Borne and wife Diana, Preston Borne and wife Luci, Mona Smith, Danielle Pellegrin and husband Keith of Houma.

Age 43, he was a native of Rayne and a resident Houma. He was a certified inspector with Smith International, a loving husband and father, and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His favorite past times were sports and music.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a mass of Christian burial on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 11 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral in Houma.

Interment will take place at St. Francis de Sales #2 Cemetery in Houma.

Visitation will be held at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., and on Wednesday from 8 a.m. until funeral time.
