Iota High School’s class of 1944 celebrate 64th reunion

The Iota High School class of 1944 held its class reunion on Saturday, June 7 from 4-8 p.m. at Fezzo’s Restaurant in Crowley.

Much visiting and reminiscing was done and updates of family members and friends were given while members of the class had a dutch treat meal and drinks.

Deceased members of the class were remembered in a moment of silence after each of their names was read aloud.

In total, fourteen guest attended, eight class members and the other six being their spouses, who traveled from various parts in Louisiana.

The next class reunion is scheduled for Saturday June 6, 2009.
