Couple announces engagement

Natalia Mary Gaugh and David Maylen Broussard of Iowa announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Susan and James Terrell of Iowa and Ben Gaugh of Sulphur. She is the granddaughter of Fred and Claudia Doucet of Lake Charles, Marshall Gaugh of Iowa and the late Katie Gaugh and Renee Terrell of Lake Charles and the late Ben Terrell.

Natalia is a 2002 graduate of Iowa High School and a 2007 graduate of McNeese State University. She is currently employed with Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles as a registered nurse. She is a member of the Catholic Daughters of Americas Court number 1377 in Iowa.

The prospective groom is the son of Jason and Sandra Broussard of Crowley. He is the grandson of Rita Adam of Crowley and the late Harold Adam and Laura and Sammy Rosenbaum of Crowley and the late Paul Broussard.

David is a 2002 graduate of Crowley High School and a 2006 graduate of McNeese State University. He is currently employed with Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles as a CT technician.

The couple will wed at 7 p.m. on August 8 at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Iowa.
