Cederick Francis Fontenot

BASILE - A memorial service will be held for Cederick Francis Fontenot, 78, of Basile, at a later date.
Mr. Fontenot died Saturday, January 23, 2016. He retired after 30 years as a barber in Houston, Texas.
Survivors include two daughters, Charlotte Fontenot Primm of San Leon, Texas, and Ginger Fontenot Keith of Gautier, Mississippi; two brothers, Roland J. Fontenot of Pine Prairie and Vincent H. Fontenot of Basile; one sister, Deanna Fontenot Stapleton of Houston, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Fontenot and Olivia Veillon Fontenot Rayburn; his wife, Joyce Fontenot; one son, Ronald Fontenot; and two brothers, John W. Fontenot and Everette J. Fontenot.
