Funeral services will be held for Clifton Viltz, 86, of Ville Platte, at Kennedy Heights Church of Christ in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 1. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Viltz died Saturday, February 23, 2014, at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte.
Survivors include three daughters, Juanita Slaughter, Lorena Viltz and Shawn Hewing, all of Ville Platte; and four sons, Clifford E. Viltz, Ricky Viltz, John Viltz and Michael Viltz, all of Opelousas.
Brother Wonngchin Lee Viltz will officiate.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte will be in charge of arrangements.
