Funeral services were held for Cynthia Fontenot Bourque, 62, of Ville Platte, at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m., Friday, April 24. Burial followed in the Te Mamou Cemetery.
Mrs. Bourque died Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at her residence.
Survivors include her husband, Chester Bourque of Ville Platte; two sons, Rusty Ardoin and his wife, Danielle, and Cody Ardoin and his wife, Rebecca, all of Ville Platte; one daughter, Nicole Simoneaux and her husband, Aaron, of Ville Platte; two step-sons, Kevin J. Bourque of North Carolina and Travis J. Bourque of Kinder; one step-daughter, Kelsey A. Robert of Kinder; one sister, Tina Marie Ardoin of Ville Platte; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Clevins and Gloria Savant Fontenot; and one brother, Benny Fontenot.
Father Mitch Guidry officiated.
