A memorial service will be held for Della Fontenot Bolfa, 73, of Bayou Chicot, at Freedom Family Church in Bayou Chicot at 10 a.m., Sunday, October 18.
Mrs. Bolfa died Friday, October 9, 2015, at the Grace Home in Alexandria.
Survivors include her husband, Ferril G. Bolfa Sr. of Bayou Chicot; four sons, Jimmy D. Bolfa and Alton Kent Bolfa, both of Ville Platte, Kirk Patrick Bolfa of Duralde and Ferril Bolfa Jr. Of Bayou Chicot; one daughter, Judy Ann Bolfa Yahiku of Hawaii; one step-daughter, Brenda Fontenot of Ville Platte; one brother, Ferrel Wayne Fontenot of Mamou; two sisters, Genevieve Lejeune of Mamou and Judy Faye Brignac of Lawtell; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hadison and Joyce Guillory Fontenot; and one son, Roderick Paul Bolfa.
