Funeral services will be held for Donald Ray Guillory, 56, of Ville Platte, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 20. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Guillory died Sunday, February 14, 2016, at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte.
Survivors include his father, Calvin Guillory Sr. of Ville Platte; one son, Alton Javon Guillory of Ville Platte; one brother, Calvin Guillory Jr. of Ville Platte; three nieces; five nephews; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie L. Guillory; his wife, Margie N. D. Guillory; his maternal grandparents, Tommy and Mary Lafleur; and his paternal grandparents, Kelly and Carrie Tate Guillory and Lovoice Guillory.
Visitation will be held from 7:30 a.m. until time of service on Saturday, February 20, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Ville Platte.
Rev. Eradley Ben Sr. will officiate.
