Ethel “Jane” Taylor Guillory

Funeral services were held for Ethel “Jane” Taylor Guillory, 78, of Ville Platte, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 22. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
A loving mother, sister and grandmother, Ms. Guillory died Friday, April 18, 2014.
Survivors include one daughter, Paula Guillory Landreneau and her husband, Cecil “Kent,” of Ville Platte; one brother, Russell Taylor and his wife, Gloria, of Kentucky; one sister, Bonnie Carol Matthews and her husband, William, of Ville Platte; two grandchildren, Allie Chrisana Landreneau and Lance Joseph Landreneau and his wife, Betsy; and one great-grandchild, Landen Hugh Landreneau, all of Ville Platte.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Golman Guillory; her parents, Jose and Mayzullo Young Taylor; and one brother, Michael Wayne Taylor.
Father Jason Vidrine officiated.
