Ethel Mae Leday

Funeral services will be held for Ethel Mae Leday, 66, of Ville Platte, at St. John Baptist Church in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 18. Burial will follow in the Ninth Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ms. Leday died Saturday, January 11, 2014.
Survivors include three children, Christopher Leday and Brian Chad Leday, both of Ville Platte, and Milton Leday of Beaumont, Texas; five sisters, Annie Bell Richard, Ethel Lee Anderson, Helen Joy Anderson, Carol A Leday and Gladys Ann Ardoin, all of Ville Platte; one brother, Gilbert Anderson Sr. of Beaumont, Texas; and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Leday Sr.; her father, Clifton Anderson Sr.; her mother, Gladys Anderson; and one son, Ray Bellard.
Rev. Christopher Ardoin will officiate.
Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte will be in charge of arrangements.
