Foster Vidrine

Funeral services were held for Foster Vidrine, 96, of Ville Platte, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 24. Burial followed in the Te Mamou Cemetery.
Mr. Vidrine died Monday, March 23, 2015, at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ville Platte.
Survivors include his wife, Geraline Soileau Vidrine of Ville Platte; one daughter, Sharron Fontenot of Ville Platte; one grandson, Jason Fontenot and his wife, Wendy, of Ville Platte; and two great-grandchildren, Silas Fontenot and Aaron Fontenot.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lelia Vidrine.
Father Jason Vidrine officiated.
