Hilda Berzas Vizena

EUNICE - Funeral services were held for Hilda Berzas Vizena, 89, of Eunice, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Eunice at 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 21. Burial followed in the St Ann’s Mausoleum in Mamou.
Ms. Vizena died Tuesday, March 18, 2014.
Survivors include one son, Eric Vizena and his wife, Patricia, of Eunice; four daughters, Loretta Finn, Gail Duplechin and her husband, Bob, and Cheryl Vizena, all of Mamou, and Sandra Stonicher and her husband, David, of New Iberia; one sister, Dorothy Vizena; 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Franks Berzas and Felicia Saucier; her husband, Sammy Vizena; one daughter, Jeanette Soileau; two granddaughters, Ilene Potter and Monica Uhlik; two brothers, Elray and Allen Berzas; and three sisters, Orena Landreneau, Mary Berzas and Maxine Fontenot.
